Cyclone Irina

We learned a few days ago that there was a tropical storm headed for Mozambique, and the cyclone"Irina" is supposed to hit us tomorrow evening.  The predicted winds are about 80mph, and we are already feeling some of the winds.

Why is this such a big deal?  Because no one here, not even us, live in houses that can withstand those winds.  If those winds are here in Chaquelane, the roofs of the houses we live in will blow off, and the stick & mud houses that the people of the community live in will be completely destroyed.  So we are praying.  We are asking God to intervene, and send the storm back to the sea.

Please pray with us.

You can watch the storm on the website: http://www.tropicalstormrisk.com/ .
