Happy Thanksgiving from Lesotho!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I pray that you are able to see God's work in your life and recognize the countless things there are to be thankful for! Here we are, Matt, myself & Isaac, outside of the Maseru mall.  It's the only mall in Lesotho and were we came to celebrate Thanksgiving!  There are 2 sit down restaurants here, a fish place and an "applebees" type restaurant called Spurs.  We've decided to celebrate everything we are thankful for at Spurs!

This year we all have a lot to be thankful for!  I have an incredible family, great friends, and I serve an awesome God who has led me here and directs my footsteps.  Throughout my time in Lesotho, I've become very thankful for other things as well;  Indoor plumbing, running water, a washing machine, easy access to internet, etc.   Although I am missing my family today, I think about the children I work with who will never have or be part a family.  Although they have one another at the orphanage, there is never a substitute for a mom and a dad, God intention for each child to have.  So be thankful for your family, as I am for mine, and please enjoy some turkey for me :)  Happy Thanksgiving!
