Today we went to a local church and participated by sharing testimonies and presenting a drama. The church had about 50 people and today was a special day for them because they were anointing elders in the church. It was very interactive, and right in the middle of the preaching, the pastor stopped and asked if there were any birthdays. A guy on our team is turning 28 today and so they sang happy birthday to him in the middle of the service. However, it was the shortest birthday song I've ever heard. "it's your birthday, happy day" was the extent of the song. The whole transition from the preaching to the quick celebration and back to the preaching was quite hilarious, and took every ounce of my energy to not laugh!

Today we will be eating lunch around 2 at the pastor's house and then will be getting ready and organizing ourselves for tomorrow's first day of ministry at the public schools.
